Please note our Terms and Conditions for orders placed by phone, over the website or in store. Your statutory rights are not affected.


Payment is currently only accepted by Credit Card or Debit Card for orders placed online or by phone. For online orders, a member of our sales staff will contact you to take payment once your order has been received. Cash is accepted for orders placed in-store, subject to our usual opening times.


All products are offered subject to availability. We reserve the right to withdraw any product from sale without notice or refuse to supply any item we can no longer source. Most products and popular lines are stocked in our showroom. In some instances, we may need to order a product to complete your order. Our sales advisor will confirm availability when the call you to take payment and arrange delivery.


Delivery cost will be added at the checkout for BH post codes. Delivery for orders less than £50 in value will be charged at £4.99 for all BH post codes. Alternatively, you may collect your order, (when notified ready for collection) from our shop. Delivery for orders of £50 or over are delivered to BH post codes for free. When possible, delivery to postcodes outside our local area may be arranged for a surcharge.

It may be possible to specify preferred delivery date and time when confirming payment. Most deliveries will require a signature. Subject to availability of items ordered and van ability – orders are typically delivered within 1 – 5 working days.

VAT Relief

When applicable, prices on our website are shown excluding VAT for customers who have a qualifying disability. VAT status will be confirmed at time of payment. When no qualifying VAT exemption can be confirmed, VAT will be added to applicable items at a rate of 20%.

Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your order at any time up to point of dispatch. Cancellation of special order items may be subject to a re-stocking fee. If in any doubt over costs incurred by cancelling  your purchase, please speak to a member of our sales team who will verify the exact cost before taking your order.

Certain items cannot be accepted for return, exchange or refund. These include, but not limited to; personal care items (such as toileting, bathroom, personal health, eating utensils and items of a hygienic or personal nature) , electrical items, mobility scooters, wheelchairs, rollators, rise and recline chairs and any specially ordered or bespoke / made to measure item.

If in any doubt over the product you wish to order being returnable, please speak to a member of staff before placing and paying for your order.

When applicable, returns and refunds may only be considered when returned to the shop ‘as new’ with all original parts and packaging and no signs or ware and tear. When local delivery / collection / exchange is required, our usual delivery fees will apply.

Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method. In certain cases, refunds may take up to 30 days to process.

Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Discount Schemes and Offers

Any advertised discount schemes and offers are subject to cancellation at any time and applicable to the services or products as detailed on the promotion. Discounts cannot be used on second hand or pre-owned equipment or in addition to any other reduction or offer unless otherwise stated or agreed by management. We will usually make every effort to notify you by email prior to any current discount scheme ending. For this reason, we strongly advise remaining enrolled to our mailing list to ensure you receive such communication.
